EVERY haunting is unique and prices are quoted on a case by case basis. Robert Painley is particularly well-known for his work with haunted spaces and he is sought-after for his expertise in this area. His goal is to preserve the good energy/entities in the home whilst removing anything “negative” that may be causing problems [uncomfortable feelings, shadows, spirit activity, lights flickering, injury, and anything that takes away from making your home a comfortable place to live or adds to a challenging work environment. Depending upon the severity of the haunting or the number of souls involved, it can be a challenging process. Most cases have required 4-8 hours to address. Robert has had a few that were shorter in duration and a few that have required 1 or 2 additional visits to ensure the home/business is safe for the client(s).

I can not perform this service remotely and will need to come to the location personally. During COVID, please note that I will wear a mask and require that my clients also wear a mask and social distance at all times. If I’m travelling outside the tri-county area, a deposit will be required.
